From the bottom of Sicily where precious pizzuta di Noto almonds are harvested, to the shores of Amalfi and their sfusato lemon zests and honey, to Peidmont where Barbero has enough traditional know-how to combine these ingredients in a classic Langhe torrone. This “Grand Cru” alla mandorla is put together with pure passion and snow-whipped, soft egg whites.


A company founded in 1883, Barbero has since then gone a long way. In quality: not in time... The manual production process and higly selected ingredients carry the fashion of ancient Piedmont, and the scent of torrone and sweets belonging to the epic of pre-unitarian Italy.
