A torrone with original Piemonte hazelnuts carefully chosen one by one. Made with sugar, honey, and egg whites - nothing more. Next it’s cooked for seven hours in steam chambers, molded and cut strictly by hand and knife, then left to cool on marble tables. Can you smell the appreciation for its creation?
