Born of a Belgian inspiration, this Tripel walks the path of the abbey brewing tradition by using five different cereals in its production (barley, spelt, oats, rye, and raw Brianza wheat). It builds around an aromatic core of yellow fruit and a weave of honey, candied citrus, coriander, and herbal vibrations, creating a beverage that’s meditative and warm.
