From the indigenous Vacche Rosse (‘red cows’) breed in the meadows that space through Emilia Romagna, a milk of buttery feeling is born. Rich in aromas of fresh herbs and countryside florals, it is the base to this complex and complete Parmigiano, whose taste matured for at least 30 months. The taste is in combination with hazelnut, dried fruit, and pine nuts.
